These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Ruddle website, Ruddle Concessions, and other services made available by Ruddle (“Service”).
By accepting these Terms through an applicable registration or agreement process, an individual or organization agrees to the terms governing its use of the Service.
1. About the Service
Ruddle develops software for organizational operations.
Ruddle Concessions includes capabilities intended to help organizations coordinate volunteers, schedule events, manage inventory, and review operational information.
Available features may differ according to product version, account configuration, and subscription or pilot arrangements.

Each organization is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis to collect and submit the information it provides, including information about volunteers and personnel.
Ruddle is responsible for fulfilling its own legal obligations regarding personal information, including any applicable obligations involving children.
Organizations grant Ruddle the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display their submitted information for providing, securing, supporting, and maintaining the Service.
This permission does not transfer ownership of organizational information to Ruddle.
6. Intellectual Property
Ruddle and its licensors retain their rights to the Service, associated software, branding, designs, and original materials.
Subject to these Terms and applicable agreements, authorized users receive a limited, nonexclusive right to use the Service for its intended purposes.
These Terms do not grant ownership of Ruddle's trademarks, source code, or proprietary technology.
7. Integrations and External Services
Certain product capabilities may connect with third-party payment systems, point-of-sale platforms, or other operational services.
Use of those integrations may require separate accounts and acceptance of the relevant providers' terms.
Data synchronization and functionality may depend on external provider availability, permissions, and technical limitations.
Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Ruddle is not the merchant's payment processor or payment-settlement provider.
8. Reports and Forecasting
Sales reports, inventory calculations, event projections, and other analytical outputs depend on information supplied by users and connected services.
Organizations are responsible for reviewing important figures before making purchasing, staffing, financial, or operational decisions.
Ruddle does not guarantee that projections or recommendations will accurately predict future attendance, revenue, inventory requirements, or other outcomes.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
If Ruddle offers paid subscriptions or other paid services, applicable prices, billing periods, and payment terms will be disclosed through the relevant order, checkout, or written agreement.
An organization's payment obligations will depend on the plan or agreement it accepts.
Any applicable cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed before a paid commitment is made.
Pilot access may be offered under separate arrangements.
Verification required: Confirm pricing, billing, and cancellation terms. Do not display invented subscription prices or refund guarantees.
10. Service Availability and Changes
Ruddle may update, improve, or modify the Service as products develop.
Features offered through pilot or beta programs may be incomplete or subject to change.
Ruddle will seek to communicate material changes affecting existing customers when reasonably appropriate or contractually required.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, external infrastructure, or circumstances outside Ruddle's reasonable control.

The Privacy Policy is available at: https://ruddle.ai/privacy
Additional data-processing terms may apply to particular organizational customers.
12. Suspension and Termination
An organization may discontinue use of the Service subject to its applicable agreement.
Ruddle may suspend or restrict access where necessary to address serious security risks, unlawful conduct, material breaches of these Terms, or other legally justified circumstances.
Where appropriate, Ruddle will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Data access, export, retention, and deletion following termination are governed by the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, and legal obligations.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations expressly stated in the applicable customer agreement.
