Ruddle Concessions

Run every stand. Plan every event.

Ruddle Concessions brings volunteer coordination, scheduling, training, event planning, inventory, and sales management together in one platform.

Shaped in a real stand, on real game nights.

We're building Ruddle Concessions alongside the Panther Creek Booster Club volunteers who run the Catamount Cafe.

How it works

Before, during and after every event.

  1. Before

Get the team and the stand ready.

    • Volunteer registration
    • Scheduling
    • Training
    • Inventory preparation
    • Event planning
  2. During

    Keep the night moving.

    • Shift coordination
    • Sales visibility
    • Concessions operations
  3. After

Close out and set up the next one.

    • Sales review
    • Inventory reconciliation
    • Preparation for the next event

What we’re building

People and stock, connected.

One workflow for the volunteers who run the stand and the records that show how it went.

  • Volunteer roles, tasks and updates

Plan who covers the grill, register and restock. Share opening instructions, keep task lists with the people doing them, and post updates so handoffs don’t depend on a group text.

  • Receipt extraction, reviewed by a manager

Photograph a purchase receipt and Ruddle prepares draft item and cost records with AI assistance. Nothing becomes part of the record until a manager reviews and confirms it.

  • Stock and purchase records

Keep opening counts, closing counts and confirmed purchases together for each event, instead of across receipts, notebooks and spreadsheets.

  • Sales and cost reconciliation

Bring recorded sales, costs, counts, waste and other adjustments into one event recap. Sales and margins are only as accurate as the records behind them—purchase receipts alone don’t prove sales or profit.

  • Data-informed next-event stocking

Use what happened at similar past events—event type, timing and recorded sales—to inform the next order. Suggestions support the manager’s judgment; they don’t replace it.

A few good questions.

More industries on the horizon.

We're starting with concessions and developing Ruddle for more of the teams and businesses that keep events running.

About Ruddle

Ruddle is the company developing operations software, beginning with concessions.

Ruddle Concessions is our first product. We're early, building with booster-club volunteers, and talking directly with the teams we work with.
